The Perdue Arena facility at the Georgia National Fairgrounds and Agricenter (GNFA) consists of 59,824 square feet of conditioned space and a 20,272 square foot open-air arena. The facility is designed to provide a conditioned performance and show venue for equine and livestock events. The building consists of a steel structure with masonry, stucco, and metal panel exterior walls and glazed storefront openings erected on a concrete floor, with a standing seam metal roof.

The building includes restroom facilities, livestock staging area, an area for display booths, vending area, and show ring. Seating is distributed between two sections of 235 seat locations along the north side of the arena. Lighting over the performance arena and staging area is round LED high-bay lighting. Coiling metal doors accommodate ease of movement into and out of the building for equipment, exhibitors, and livestock. Livestock management equipment includes cattle-handling pens and control chutes.
